Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are fulfilled by Evolve P&D Inc. Orders typically ship within 4-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates shown at checkout include carrier costs, packaging and materials, warehouse handling and pick/pack labour.
Rates are calculated automatically based on weight, destination, and the store platform’s shipping settings.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These fees are not controlled or collected by Evolve or the store.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Evolve P&D is unable to reroute packages once they have shipped and is not responsible for delays or lost items resulting from an incorrect address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines and transit issues are outside our control, but we will assist wherever possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Pre-Order & Backorder Items
Pre-order items ship once production is complete.
If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together or separately, determined on a case-by-case basis.
